MATTHEW C. MASON has more than 35 years of litigation experience representing major corporations, privately held businesses, and individuals in a wide range of matters, including business disputes, real estate and land use litigation, construction litigation, probate litigation, property tax and sewer assessments appeals, eminent domain challenges and valuation disputes, franchising, restrictive covenants, and other civil litigation. Matt has successfully tried dozens of matters and handled numerous appeals before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Appellate Court of the State of Connecticut.
