Susan practices both commercial and residential real estate law, helping clients negotiate and finance the sale or purchase of single and multi-family homes and condominiums, as well as commercial, office and retail buildings.  Susan represents individuals, corporations and lending institutions in connection with conventional, construction and commercial financing, and she represents lessors and lessees in retail, office and residential lease agreements.  Susan also works with developers of subdivisions and planned unit developments in creating planned communities.
